In Memory: Butch LaCombe

Butch LaCombeLaCombe, Ellis [Butch] 78, of Glendale, AZ. passed away, August 26,2016, due to brain  cancer.

Born in Green Bay, Wi. to Ellis and Eileen LaCombe, “Butch”  was a devoted Packer fan and shareholder. He proudly flew the Packer flag every Sunday. Truly a “Cheeesehead”

Being the oldest of 11 children, he began his working career at age 14 with his dad, a Mack dealer. That spanned a career of 58 years in the trucking business with Mack, Cummins, and Kenworth. Butch was a well-known, and respected member of the trucking industry, for his honesty, expertise and work ethic. He also proudly served his country for 7 1/2 yrs. in the US Army Reserves.

Butch and Sherry married in 1967 and raised their 2 sons in Phoenix, AZ.

Preceded in death by parents Ellis and Eileen and brother Jack.

Butch will be deeply missed by his wife of 49 yrs., Children: Shawn {Shannon}, Dean {Tiffany}, Jacque {Paul} Chris and Gerald.

Grandchildren: Justin, Jordan, Jenna, Cameron, Mason, Chance, Garret, Chad, and Billy.

Great grandchildren: Anna, Kate, Benny, Ryleigh.

Siblings: Tom, Darlene, Mary, Peggy, Richard, Michael, Larry, Bruce and Barbara.

A celebration of life will be held October 1,2016, 4 – 7 pm,   at  Arrowhead Country Club, 19888 North 73rd. Ave. Glendale Az. 85308. In lieu of flowers a donation to Midwestern University Body Donor program in his name may be made at, https://www.midwestern.edu
