DOT Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training

Presented by IMPACT EMPLOYEE SOLUTIONS – Instructor – Gina Kesler

If you operate vehicles that require a CDL on the public roads and you have more than one employee in the company, you are required to get DOT Supervisor Training.

DOT Supervisor Training for Workplace Drug Abuse and Reasonable Suspicion is a Federal requirement for all supervisors of any DOT-regulated company personnel.  This is a requirement by FMCSA 49 CFR Part 382.603.

This program fulfills the two (2) hours DOT supervisor training requirement regarding workplace drug and alcohol abuse awareness, but goes beyond this to ensure the proper procedures and documentation are used during the Reasonable Suspicion interview.  A Certificate of Training is issued for the supervisors’ personnel files.  The three (3) hour live workshop will prepare Supervisors to take their new found knowledge and put it into practice immediately.

Registration deadline is 5PM November 25th.

Cost:  ATA Members – $79/person

Non Members – $99/person
