The 2026 Arizona TDC is scheduled for March 28, 2026! The event will be held at Tempe Diablo Stadium. 

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR THE 2026 ARIZONA TDC!

Registration deadline is March 9, 2026

Here are a few quick updates about the event.

  •  Competitors will be assigned to a group NOT BY CLASS. Each driver will receive a packet upon check-in that they are responsible for throughout the day. This packet includes rules, driver number and score sheets.
  • The cost is $160.00 per driver. 
  • The registration forms are linked below. Be sure to complete both pages of the application – forms TR-1 and TR-2. Don’t forget to include the manager’s signature, the driver’s signature, class of CDL, MVR and a copy of your CDL as required.
  • All competitors must be employed by an Arizona Trucking Association member in a good standing.
  • We need your support to make the 52nd Annual Event a success! We are looking for partners who can contribute in the following ways:

Volunteer Support: Donate your team’s time to assist with event operations and help make the day run smoothly. – It is important that you arrive on time for your schedule spot.

Sponsorship/Raffle Prizes: Financial support at various levels helps fund the event and provides your company with valuable visibility. Donate prizes or swag items for our raffle to enhance the experience for all participants.

Pre-Order Hat and Pins: Hats and pins will be available by pre-order only and will not be sold at the event. All pre-orders must be submitted by February 6, 2026.

Tent Space Rental: Carriers with drivers competing who wish to rent a tent space and rental items, please complete the form below. If you have questions, please contact 602-850-6001 or events@aztrucking.com

Participate in the 2026 TDC Golf Tournament Fundraiser: Learn more about competing in the tournament and sponsorship opportunities. Tournament Date: March 14, 2026 ; Registration Deadline: March 2, 2026

Equipment Donation: Contribute trucks, trailers, or other essential equipment for use during the competition. To donate equipment please contact Matt Wright at matthewwright@fedex.com or (520)425-3720.

 

The 50/50 Raffle is all online! No Cash sales for the tickets. You do not need to be present to win! Please support the TDC by purchasing a raffle ticket! 

DRIVER REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

To Register a driver, please follow the steps below:

1.Please review registration/application instructions first- Click here

2. Complete the Registration forms (both pages)- Click here

3. If your driver has been in an accident in the past year, please refer to the eligibility criteria and request form below.

4.  Make sure you have a complete registration form and all requirements including: manager’s signature, driver’s signature, class of CDL, MVR and a copy of driver’s CDL as required.

5. Please email you completed packet to Membership@aztrucking.com 

6. Please pay for your registration online OR if you need an invoice, please contact Accounting Department at accounting@aztrucking.com
