Awards nominations for the 2023 Fleet Safety Awards, Driver of the Year and Safety Professional of the Year are open. The deadline to has bee extended- please submit nominations is Monday, July 15, 2024.

These awards are administered through the Arizona Trucking Association Foundation (Foundation) and co-sponsored by the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS), PrePass Safety Alliance and Transtar Insurance Brokers, Inc.

The awards will be announced at our September 30, 2024 – Carrier Conference and Annual Meeting at Loews Ventana Canyon, Tucson, AZ.

Safety and Maintenance Council

The goal of the Safety and Maintenance Council (SMC) is to provide membership with the best possible resources to enhance current and future safety, maintenance processes and technologies, as well as to recognize members for safety achievements. The intent is to educate and support membership in order to improve the safety of employees as well as the general public.
