System Transport, Inc., a subsidiary of Trans-System, Inc., has been a member of the Arizona Trucking Association since 2003. Based in Spokane, Washington, the mission of System Transport is to provide its customers with the highest level of quality service in the industry. System Transport has terminals and sales offices around the United States and prides itself on being large enough to handle almost any job, but not so large that it cannot adapt to its customers’ unique needs. System’s consistent growth since the inception of the company reflects its reputation for integrity and dependability in flatbed and specialized carrier operations. Since opening its Phoenix terminal doors in 2003 with four trucks, it has grown to 130 trucks, a 7-acre property, and an on-site maintenance shop.

FM_System_01Involvement in the ATA has been important to System Transport’s Arizona location since day one. System’s Regional Manager, Larry Woolson, was the driving force behind System becoming a member, and was quick to expound on the value of ATA. “In order to be a successful start-up transportation company in Arizona, membership in the ATA is critical. It is supportive of the industry and the area,” Mr. Woolson said. And he should know. His dedication to the ATA is reflected in the positions that he holds within the association – he is currently ATA Chairman as well as Chairman of the building committee. This extensive involvement in ATA has reinforced the concept of integrity and follow-through that is central to System Transport’s mission.

System Transport’s high standards permeate every aspect of their business operations as their leaders display continued flexibility in the industry’s ever-changing economic climate. System’s tireless dedication and involvement in the industry through the Arizona Trucking Association is only part of the reason why System Transport, Inc. is such a standout.
