SEEKING A FULL TIME LEAD SUSPENSION TECHNICIAN/SHOP FOREMAN

service for RV, trucks, trailers & buses.
We are currently accepting resumes for Lead Suspension Technician/Shop Foreman. This is a full time position that requires a hardworking, dependable and reliable individual who pays attention to detail.
Shop Hours: 6:30 am-3:30 pm Mon-Fri; Closed Sat/Sun
Salary: $23.00 to $30.00+/hour DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads, supervises and coaches the service technician team
- Experience with steering, suspensions, brake systems and axles is necessary
- Oversees and assists all technicians
- Reviews current and future work orders with the Service Department
- Verifies with the Technician and Parts Department they have the necessary parts or they are on order for on time job completion
- Verifies jobs are assigned based on Technician experience
- Inspect equipment condition for safety (jacks, tire changer & balancer, air compressor)
- Adheres to safety requirements (glasses, steel toe boots, gloves, welding shield)
- Road test vehicles to ensure work performed meets or exceeds OEM & shop expectations
- Performs DOT inspections to ensure thorough repair & safety of vehicle for return to service
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of mechanic experience on medium to heavy duty trucks
- ASE Master Technician a plus
- Heavy front end and brakes experience required
- Welding experience
- Commercial Driver’s License (class A or B) preferred (or has permit)
- Strong Diagnostics
- Good ethics and integrity with a high attention to detail
