ATA’s First 4×4 Freedom Run Huge Success

On April 16, more than 50 members from the Arizona Trucking Association met up for ATA’s First Annual 4×4 Freedom Run (Freedom Run).

The Freedom Run took the “Backway to Crown King” trail from Lake Pleasant to Crown King, Arizona. The Backway to Crown King is one of Arizona’s most iconic OHV/off-road trails. Participants were able to pass through technical obstacles, old mines, and great views on the 26-mile journey into the Prescott National Forest.

The Arizona Trucking Association would like to thank Sean Williams (Southwest Truck Driver Training), Justin Clark (F|Staff), and Mark Riley (Thermo King West) for their assistance in organizing and coordinating this event.

The event was so successful that discussions are happening regarding whether ATA should make this a twice a year event.

Pictures from the event have been posted on ATA’s Facebook page and can be viewed here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?vanity=aztrucking&set=a.3777860655615411
