Nominations Open – Young Professionals Council
Nominations are now open for the Arizona Trucking Association’s Young Professional Council
As your ATA Chairman, one of my goals is to help promote young professionals in our industry. These individuals are incredibly talented and are the future of the trucking industry.
In 2013 the Arizona Trucking Association approved the creation of the Young Professionals Council (YPC) to help cultivate future leaders in our industry. It is a great program that we’ve spent the last few years refining.
Unfortunately, the COVID-19 global pandemic put ATA’s YPC on the back-burner as our industry dealt with the crisis.
However, with the pandemic hopefully in the rear-view mirror, I am proud to announce that ATA will again be accepting applications for the 2021-2022 class for the Young Professionals Council.
I hope you will take the time to submit a nominee to participate in this year’s YPC.
The class involves four quarterly meetings, in addition to networking and mentoring opportunities. It will be a great experience to help develop the next generation of leaders.

Nominations are due by Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2021.
Again, this is a great program for our future leaders and it’s a great program for the Arizona Trucking Association. I hope you will submit a nominee today.
Sincerely,
Bruce DD MacRae (UPS)
Chairman of the Board of Directors – Arizona Trucking Association
