Arizona updates rules for CMV that includes: ELD update, CDL Physical, and HazMat Changes

The Notices of Final Rulemaking for the Motor Carrier Rules CFR Update and CDL physical/Haz Mat Endorsement rule updates were published in the May 25, 2018 Arizona Administrative Register. The Notice for the CDL physical/Haz Mat changes begins on page 1543 (page 5 of the pdf) and the Notice for the Motor Carrier changes begins on page 1549 (page 11 of the pdf).
