Supervisor Training for Workplace Drug Abuse Awareness and Reasonable Suspicion is a Federal requirement for all supervisors of any DOT-regulated company personnel.
Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training will encourage and enable your supervisors and managers. Supervisors will learn how to be aware of and quickly identify employee drug-abuse in your workplace. This is a requirement by FMCSA 49 CFR Part 382.603.
Our program fulfills the two (2) hours DOT supervisor training requirement regarding workplace drug and alcohol abuse awareness, but goes beyond this to ensure the proper procedures and documentation are used during the Reasonable Suspicion interview and a Certification of Completion is issued for the supervisors' personnel files. This 3 hour live workshop will prepare Supervisors to take their new found knowledge and put it into practice immediately.
Impact Employee Solutions is excited to offer this required class in conjunction with the Arizona Trucking Association's Annual Conference. Do not pass up this opportunity to train, retrain, and commit to a safe workplace!
